He is survived by: his wife Joyce McIntosh; his children, Stephanie Larkin (Patrick), Jennifer Sears, Jeremy McIntosh (Cheryl) and Timothy McIntosh (Amanda); his grandchildren, Matthew Sears, Noah Larkin, Paige Larkin, Lexi McIntosh, Baily McIntosh, Kylee McIntosh, Brendan McIntosh and Camryn McIntosh; and his siblings, Carol Derenzo (Steve), Janet Ruggirello (Mike), Connie Jameson (Bob) and Tom McIntosh (Teresa). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
