He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Perkins and Betty Perkins (Wright); his son Brad; and his grandson Landon. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Perkins; his daughter Brittany Johnson (Matthew) of Montrose; his grandchildren, Lance, Bradley, Bjorn and Aurora; his brother Robin Perkins (Karen) of Flint; and his niece Dana Volkening (Harold) of Gaines.
