He is survived by: his mother Louise Irby (Teer); his wife Jeannine Irby; his children, Don Rice (Muriel), Vicki Patterson (Dwayne), Rojeanna Williams (Jeremy) and Randall Irby (Susie Mitchell); his grandchildren, Zak Rice (Jen), Marissa Rice, Brady Rice, Kristina Torres, Allison Patterson, Nathan Sparrow, Alyssa Sparrow, Leyna Williams, Brayden Williams and Destiny Mitchell; his great grandchildren, Liam, Amera, Kai, Octavia, Kingston, Travis Jr., Zyion, Everleigh, Nyeli, Aleigha, Catalyea and Arian; and his sister Karen Marshall.
