He was predeceased by: his parent Loretta Barry (Warner); and his siblings, Edmond Barry (Annette) and Suzanne Stockton. He is survived by: his wife Lee Ann Barry; his daughter Chandra Proctor (Brian); and his siblings, Linda Sharp (Tim), Wayne Barry (Kathy) and Pat Barry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Montrose American Legion Honor Guard.
