He was predeceased by: his parents, Viril Aldrich and Lena Aldrich (VanLuven); and his grandchildren, Shane Aldrich and Shanna Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Aldrich; his children, Karen Schoonover (Lee) and Richard Aldrich Jr.; his grandchildren, Travis, Renate Phelps, Amber, Brandon Roberts, Megan and Geoff Childs; and his stepgrandson Matt Schoonover.
