With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Hoenstine of Montrose, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on November 20, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jack; her parents, James and Margaret; and her sisters, Carol and Peggy.
She is survived by: her children, Julie (Craig), Teresa, Michelle (Tray), Tim (Shannon) and Steve; her grandchildren, Robert (Rob), Joshua (Jessica), Danielle (Terrance), Emily (Amber) and Haley (Michael); her great grandchildren, Kylah, Ryland, Alex and Oliver; her nieces, Ellen, Lynette and Nancy; and her close friends, Linda (Doug), Debbie (Tom), Cheryl, Cindy, Rachel, Chyanne and Hampton Manor.
Donations to this organization will continue Phyllis's legacy of love and support for children in need. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Whaley Children's Center, 1201 N. Grand Traverse St. Flint, MI 48503.
