Dowd of Montrose, Michigan, born in Saginaw, Michigan, who passed away on December 30, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Dowd and Donna Dowd (Harpst); and his siblings, Loretta, John, Peter and Steven. He is also survived by his 4 children; 9 grandchildren; 4 siblings.
Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place and memorial contributions may be made to Paul's loving sister, Karen, for future designation.
