He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Lake (Beatrice) and Beatrice Lake (Havens); his brother John Lake; and his sisters-in-law, Deb Lake and Tammy Lake.
He is survived by: his daughters, Hannah Lake, Kayla Lake, Trisha Lake and Autumn Belcher; his grandchildren, Jaydin, Chance, Maximus, Zachary Jr. and Rosalina; and his siblings, Ruth Wilhem (Cliff), Eddie Lake, Arnold Lake and Douglas Lake (Vickie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made to the family for future designation.
