He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Karickhoff and Bernice Karickhoff (Quick); and his grandmother Daisy Quick. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Karickhoff; his children, Stacey Karickhoff and Steven Struble; his granddaughter Kaidence Karickhoff; his sisters, Lucy Caulfield (Robbie), Sheila Watkins (Larry) and Pam Mikila (Rob); and his aunts, Wilma, Helen, Betty and Irene. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
