He was predeceased by: his father David Persons; his children, David J. Persons and Kim Vance; and his stepparents, Cloyd "Shorty" Persons and LaDonna Persons.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Persons (Wilkinson); his sons, Kevin Persons (Cindy), Kenton Persons and Michael Persons; his stepchildren, Joseph Crimi (Nicole) and Michele Crimi; his grandchildren, Jennifer Grossbauer (Nate), Niya Gross (Dennis), Ashley Vance, Lindsay Wathen (Chad), Addison Crimi and Grayson Crimi; his great grandchildren, Noah, Vada of Macie, D. J., Jaxson, Gavin, Colton and Malia; and his brother Rex Persons (Marie). He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, other loving family members and dear friends.
