He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Annette Mason (John), Kenneth Shook (Jamie), Meagen Mateialona (Benny) and Benjamin Shook (Janine); and his grandchildren, Suliana Mateialona, Uriah Mateialona, Ryder Mateialona, Sia Mateialona, Paige Shook and Gabriel Shook.
