With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Swart of Montrose, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on January 4, 2021 at the age of 50. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kathleen Swart to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her brother Jeffrey Swart; her grandparents, George, Leola Swart, Gerald and Gladys Gekeler; and her mother-in-law Holly Weller.
She is survived by: her parents, Donald Swart and Patsy Swart (Gekeler) of Montrose; her husband Louis H. Weller II of Montrose; her children, Daniel and Grace Weller of Montrose; her sister Pamela Polzin (Mike) of Montrose; and her father-in-law Louis G. Weller (Pamela) of Clio. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
