She was predeceased by: her father Bill Morgan; and her siblings, John Morgan and Linda Morgan. She is survived by: her husband Duncan Bissell; her daughters, Carrie Hosea (Scott) and Jenny Marston (Chris); her grandchildren, T. J. Dowell (Lisha) and Joshua Dowell; her great grandchildren, Christopher Dowell and Samuel Dowell; and her siblings, Thomas Morgan (Jean) and Dianna Morgan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Good Shepherd Catholic church or the American Legion Post # 367.
