He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Perkins and Lucile Perkins (Falerios); his brothers, Bob and Jim Perkins; his brother-in-law Early Utsey; his grandson Jack; and his pet Duke.
He is survived by: his children, Angie Brown (Bill), Samantha Maynard and John Perkins (Rachelle Skinner); his siblings, Sharon (Dale Boyd) of Montrose, Matt Perkins of Swartz Creek, Kathy Filer (Jim) of Flushing, Carol Utsey of Montrose, Don Perkins (Tammy) of Montrose and Many; his close friends, Andy and Billy Winter; his brother Andrew Allen; and the mother of his children Pam Perkins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family for future designation.
