He is survived by: his former wife Gloria Jean Munger; his daughter Jayme Johnson (Mark); his former wife Gloria Ray; his grandchildren, Jonathon Bunch (Holly) and Kora Bunch-McFarlan (Sean); his great grandchildren, Chase, Teagan, Harper Jo Bunch, Violet McFarlan and Killian McFarlan; and his siblings, JoAnn Dowell (Ward), Dan Diem (Joyce), Cathy Barron (Bob) and Johnny Diem (Carol).
