He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Grubba and Jean Helen Grubba (Griffith); and his wife Margret Grubba. He is survived by: his children, Jim Grubba (Lisa) of Montrose, Michigan and Karen Montgomery (Tony) of Port Huron, Michigan; his brothers, Mark Grubba (Karen) and Robert Gubba (Kay); and his grandchildren, Victoria, Andre, Olivia, Vincent, Robert, Josiah and Mara. He is also survived by several great- grandchildren.
