He was predeceased by: his parents, Phalmer Wilber and Alice Wilber (Sutton); and his brother Albert Wilber. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Wilber; his children, LeRoy Howard Wilber (Dawn), Kim Carol Catapane (David), Mark Anthony Wilber (Jennifer) and Carolyn Breckenridge (Jim); his grandchildren, Kady, Deric, Emilee, Quintin, Jakeb, Josef, Adam, Amy, Melissa, Michele, Alexis, Ben, Levi, Sydnee and Kaylee; his great grandchildren, Jemma, Sophia, Dylan, Hudson, Oliver, Oakley, Adelynn, Baby Boy and Baby Girl; his brother Charles "Charlie" Wilber (Sheryl); and his siblings-in-law, Jenette Wilber and Ron Cutler (Martha). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, extended family, and wonderful friends.
