He was predeceased by: his father Earl Fuller; his wife Martha Fuller; his children, David Rose and Marsha Rose; his grandsons, Rene Aguira and Derek Rose; his brothers, Don Fuller, Elwin Fuller and Earl Fuller; his children-in-law, Rhonda Fuller and Rene Aguire; and his brothers-in-law, Carl Hoffman, Lawrence Thompson and Bob James.
He is survived by: his children, Herbert Fuller (Elaine), Wayne Fuller (Amy Maron), Timothy Fuller, Cheryl Harris (Van), Vickie Aguirre, Joe Rose, Brenda Lawrence and Ronnie Rose; his sister Barbara Thompson; and his siblings-in-law, Richerd James, Preal Hoffman and Janet James. He is also survived by several grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
