He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis and Mercedes Smith, Sr. (Belanger); his brother Dennis Smith Sr.; and his nephew Chad Smith. He is survived by: his brother Richard L. Smith (Elaine); his nephews, Richard F. Smith (Wendy) and Dennis Smith, Jr. (Julie); his sister-in-law Lorena Smith; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nathan Smith (Amelia), Bradly Smith, Kayla Young (Jon), Cody Smith (Carissa), Zakk Smith, Lucas Smith and Many. He is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
