He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Hardenburg and Lyla Hardenburg (Leathers); his daughter Ann Marie; and his siblings, June, Lewis, Willis, Neil, Mavis, Audrey, Keith, Kay, Katie and Curtis.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Marie Apsey; his children, Lynn Sherman of Montrose, Wes Hardenburg (Kathleen) of Mt. Morris and Del Hardenburg (Brandy) of Montrose; his grandchildren, Lisa Wanink (Eric), Ken Sherman (Kristen), Amanda Merry (Josh) and Aiden Hardenburg; his great grandchildren, Matthew, Alison, Bailey and Isabelle; his sister Judy Bowren (George); and his sister-in-law Dorothy Hardenburg.
A burial will be held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Great Lakes National Cemetery (4200 Belford Rd, Holly, MI 48442).
