It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl G. Swain of Montrose, Michigan, who passed away on December 10, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Swain and Hazel Swain (Bacon); and his grandson Mickey Staley. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Williams (Watkins); his stepdaughters, Kathi Tarrant (Peter), Kerri Staley (Mike) and Carol Allgood (Larry); his grandchildren, Jeremy Tarrant (Sam), Andrea Loveall (Dennis), Erin Stirdivant (Chuck) and Lauren Staley-Martin; his great grandchildren, Dennis Loveall, Madison Loveall, Ava Stirdivant, Lucy Martin and Emilia Stirdivant; and his brother-in-law Thomas Watkins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Homes - Montrose Chapel (239 Hickory St, Montrose, MI 48457). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
