He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest and Maxine West Sr. (Dodds); his son Jamie Tardiff; and his father-in-law Tom Rose (Georgia). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl West; his daughters, Candy Cross (Tommy), Deanna Hickey (Dan) and April Curtis (Jeremiah); his grandchildren, Joshua Cross (Monika), Shelby Cross (Jhenna), Jordyn Lorencz (Meredith), Alexa Campbell, Faith Hickey, Cody West (Morgan), Austin Edel (Katie), Madisyn McGrath, Destyne McGrath, Abby Curtis, Ayden Curtis and Myah Curtis; his great grandchildren, Daxson Cross, Danika Cross, Myla Cross, Riddick Cross, Bodhi Cross, Dutchie Cross, Kayden Surdock, Kaleb Burgess, Mason West and Weston Lorencz; and his cousin Leon Huff (Franny). He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to the family for future designation.
