He is survived by: his wife Vickey Cook; his children, Jackie Myers and Lee Hutchinson; his grandchildren, Kirsten Myers, Kristopher Fouchea, Keegan Hale, Kaden Thompson and Domonique Hutchinson; his great grandchildren, EllyAnna Stacy and Makenna Stacy; his siblings, Betty Moggo, Melvin Cook (Becky) and David Cook (Bonnie); and his cousin Danny Morse.
