He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Bollinger and Allie Bollinger (Tippett); his granddaughter Caila Bollinger; and his brother Jack Bollinger. He is survived by: his wife Janie Goodman; his children, Kerry Chrysler (Dale) and Sean Bollinger (Theresa); his grandchildren, Dylan Chrysler, Brandon Chrysler, Brooke Chrysler and Jackson Bollinger; his siblings, Johnny Bollinger (Cheryl), Don Bollinger (Brenda), Cindy Rieger (Jeff) and Keith Bollinger (Jenny); his sister-in-law Lorraine Bollinger; and his pet Chevy.
