It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Williams of Montrose, Michigan, born in Saginaw, Michigan, who passed away on January 30, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Richter and Donna Richter (Hobson); her stepparents, Junior Borgert and Shirley Richter; and her siblings, Bill, Keith Richter and Jean Ann Gutowski.
She is survived by: her sons, David Richter (Tracy) of Burt, Brett Ranville (Crystal) of Birch Run, Bobby Ranville of Swartz Creek and Steven Ranville (Rachelle) of Essexville; her grandchildren, Skye, Logan, Hannah, Grace, Lillian, Xavier and Jameson; and her siblings, Ken Richter (Dovey), Vicky Young (Randy), Mike Richter (Jeanette), Mark Richter, Reva Richter and Many. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, extended family, and wonderful friends.
