He is survived by: his wife Amber Chase; his son David Chase (Lora); his grandsons, David Lee Chase II (Shylah) and Cody Quinn Chase (Jenna); his great grandchildren, Myah, Logan, Harley, Wyatt, Onnalee, Maximus, David Lee Chase III and Paislynn; and his siblings, Russell Chase, Reita McClain, Marvin Chase (Linda), Dianne Pearl, Kathryn Davis, William Chase (Grace) and Many. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, extended family, and wonderful friends.
