He is survived by: his wife Ruthann Tottingham; his daughters, Teresa Simek (Dan) and Amy Tottingham; his stepdaughters, Jodi Davenport (Dan) and Jaymi Vanholder; his grandchildren, Mersadeez, Labon, Lucas, Joshua, Trenton, Angelina, Jake and Jenna; his great grandchildren, Belamy, Daniel and Talia; and his daughter-in-law Heather.
