He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Dinnan and Doris Dinnan (Robbins); his spouse Merle L. Franks; his son Kyle Smith; his stepdaughter Brenda Moore; and his siblings, Matthew Dinnan and Sara Hoard.
He is survived by: his sons, Dan Williams (Robyn), Donald Dinnan (Jennifer) and Michael Dinnan; his stepchildren, Anita Gamet (Butch), John Sutter (Cynthia), Alissa Nelson, Patricia Ross (Wesley) and April Kulaszewski; his sisters, Carole Fejedelem (Gerald), Susan Jacobs (Robert) and Margaret Eisele (Adam); and his former wife Linda Fromer. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, other loving family members and friends.
