He is survived by: his children, Richard Joseph McNiel (Kami) and Bess Dukatz (Adam); his grandchildren, Breanne, Brandon, C'Era, Colton and Payton; and his siblings, Ronald McNiel (Penny), Donald McNiel (Lana) and Cynthia Hayes. He is also survived by 6 Great-Grandchildren, Several nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
