Arlene R. Newton Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene R. Newton of Montrose, Michigan, who passed away on July 11, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Chapman and Roselyn Chapman (Whaley); her granddaughter Amanda Newton; and her sister Betty "Cork" Newton. She is survived by: her husband Robert Newton; her children, Ginger Newton, Rudy Newton (Melanie) and Dawn Hartman (Don); her grandchildren, Travis Newton (Samantha), Tiffany Abernathy (Matthew), Bree Richardson (Paul) and Josey Buhler (Sarah); and her half-sister Charlotte Ann Riley (Many). She is also survived by 11 Great grandchildren, Many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
The family has requested any floral arrangements be delivered to O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio and those desiring may make memorial contributions to the American Heart Association or to the Montrose United Methodist Church.
