She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenzo Fast and Hazel Fast (Sanders); her granddaughter Amanda Barns; and her siblings, Dale, Carl, Donald, Harry, Roy, Clair and Ann Canfield.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas Barns (Carmen), Martha Zilch (Fred) and Robert Barns (Angela); and her brother Lowell Fast (Cathy). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association or Southern Care Hospice, 1965 Boardman Road, Suite B, Jackson, MI 49202.
