He was predeceased by: his parents, Elson Higbee and Marjorie Higbee (Berry); and his brothers, Elson Elvin and Gary Lee Higbee. He is survived by: his wife Jeanie L. Doolittle; his children, Karen Reineke (Thomas) of Lino Lakes, Kimberly Hammer (Kirk) of Jefferson and Gary Higbee (Colleen Rudd) of Jackson; his grandchildren, Brandon Wright (Rayne), Jessica Paul, Matthew Reineke, Katherine Paul, Jonathon Reineke, Gergory Paul, Karissa Higbee and Harold Austin Higbee; and his great grandchildren, Addison Wright, Ashlyn Wright and Lane Wright.
