He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael "Jimmy" Slota and Erma Slota (Carosella); his siblings, Jim, Bob and Loretta Marshall; his sons, Michael and John; and his grandson Clay.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Slota; his children, Barb Longstreet (Edgar), Diane Slota (late Mike), Mark Slota (Robin), Robin Winkle (John), Val Lyford (Dennis) and Will Slota (Jungeun); and his sisters-in-law, Patsy Slota, Kathy Gay and Indian Point Circle. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
