He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Frank and Margaret Van Frank; his spouse Beverly Kamradt; his foster sister Mary Nichols (Harris); and his sister-in-law Kathryn Otto (James).
He is survived by: his daughters, Jane Osborn (Daniel) and Sue Van Frank; his grandsons, Andrew Lewis (Michelle), Michael Lewis (Anna Alford), Travis Evans and Daniel Osborn (Steffanie); his great grandchild Jamison Lewis; and his sister-in-law Virginia Karsten (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many close friends.
