It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelly Renee Ball of Montague, Michigan, born in Muskegon, Michigan, who passed away on September 2, 2023, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernestine Johnson and Bob Hall; her niece April Welch; her nephews, Matthew Ball and Tahrique Haulcy; and her close friend Milton Lawson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jameisha Ball and Chantelle Ball of Muskegon; her granddaughters, Malani Holt and Khloe Edwards of Muskegon; and her siblings, Jim Ball (Linnette) of Wabash, Robert Ball of Rothbury, Ginger Welch (Arkie) of Montague, Pamela Ball and Lori Cruz of Wabash, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several friends.
