He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Stevens and Eleanor Stevens; and his brother Dennis Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Candace (Ramthun); his children, Lana Stevens, Adam Stevens (Alexandra) and Darcie Rector (Troy); and his granddaughters, Payton and Iyla. He is also survived by sister-in-law; nieces; and extended family.
