He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Sikkenga and Ella Sikkenga; and his sisters, Hazel Paeth and Helen Gradisher. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Sikkenga; his children, Julie Mikkelson (James), Rick Sikkenga (Sue), Rodney Sikkenga (Mary) and Daniel Sikkenga (Pam); his grandchildren, Katy Nash (Greg), Jessica TenBrink (Nate), Scott Sikkenga, Tara Standfuss (Drew), Landi Snowdin (Jake), Bailey and Ally Sikkenga; and his great grandchildren, Maddie, Amelia, Ellie TenBrink and Paislee Standfuss.
