He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Forbes and Carrie Forbes (Marsh); his wife Mary Ann Forbes; and his daughter Linda Waruszewski. He is survived by: his children, Harold Forbes and Patricia Glynn (Mike). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
