He is survived by: his girlfriend JoAnn Hulce; his daughter Amy Loch (Jason); his grandchildren, Teagan and Graham; his brothers, Rick (Devon), Bruce and Chris (Lezlie); his nieces and nephews, Julie, Jason, Josh, Christopher, Chelsea and Olivia; and his friends, Scott, Gary, Karen Ingersoll, Brett and Kelli Maere.
