He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andrew Neubauer and Nannie Lou Neubauer (Thornburg); his children, Deb Lorenz (Arnie), Craig Neubauer (Mary), Pam Johnson (Paul), Gwen Bower (Wes), Greg Neubauer (Karen), Annette Neubauer, Connie Aerts (Al), Albert Neubauer and Jeff Neubauer (Jennifer); his close friend Marty; his son Brian; his wife Eunice; and his siblings, Donald and Agnes (Mark Wilkins). He was also cherished by 42 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren, 20 great-great grandchildren.
He was active in promoting and participating in the Old Newsies/Goodfellow charity which provides Christmas gifts for underprivileged children.
