He was predeceased by: his parents, Oskar Doster and Marguerite Doster (Marth); his wife Bonnie Finzel-Doster; and his siblings, Marjorie Uber, Caron Breckner, Susan Racicot and Richard Doster.
He is survived by: his sons, Howard Doster and Bryan Doster (Lana); his stepchildren, Rodney Finzel (Kathleen), Barry Finzel (Muriel), Bret Finzel (Susan), Bart Finzel (Sally) and Laurie Berry (Robert); and his sisters, Elenor McCallum, Nancy Gagnier (Gerry) and Jane Tierney (Dan Courtland). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
