He was predeceased by: his parents, Vito Sr. DiCarlo and Augustine "Justine" DiCarlo (Marino); and his granddaughter Jessica Steinert. He is survived by: his wife Bernadine "Bernie" Soncrant; and his godson Craig DiCarlo.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made in honor of Vito Jr. are suggested to Dementia Awareness.
