He is survived by: his wife Jewel Welch; his son Timothy Scott Connor; his siblings, Doyle Connor, Marcille Giles, Leslie Connor, Hubert Connor, John Toney Connor, Roy Connor, Mamie Wheeler, Verna Skidmore and Leona Crigger; his daughters, Brenda Connor-Delaney (Terry) of Parker, Judy Huffman (Dwight) of Cochrane and Janie Fleischman (Ron) of Hideaway, Texas; his grandchildren, Amber Ku (Peter), Ashley Jakel (Tim), Brandon Fleischman and Brittney Fleischman; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Ku, Joshua Ku, David Ku, Ryker Jakel, Sterling Seland and Nolan Seland.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Monroe Missionary Baptist Church.
