He was predeceased by: his father Donald Wagner; and his brother-in-law Mike Newman. He is survived by: his mother Marlene Wagner (Dietrich) of Monroe; his wife Tina Wagner; his child Lindsey Riggs (Jeremy) of Ida, MI; his grandchildren, Jaxson Vanwasshenova and Henley Riggs; his daughter Katelyn Wagner (T. J. Hubbard) of Deford, MI; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Remi and Rosco Hubbard; his son Andrew Wagner of Monroe; and his sisters, Debbie Newman of Monroe and Julie Menzel (Rich) of Lambertville, MI..
