He was predeceased by: his parents, Secundino Lucio and Paulita Lucio (Salzar); and his siblings, Oscar Lucio and Sally Adamski. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Lucio of Monroe; his daughters, Annette Williams (Lydell), Samantha Hayter (Jason) of Belleville and Mary Elkin (Colin) of Munster, Indiana; his siblings, Carlota Rios, Alice Orosco (John) and Pete Lucio; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob Bezeau, Kameron Williams (Allison), Omar Williams, Carmelous Williams, Carmenia Williams, Marcus Lucio and Lukas Elkin. He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
