With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth L. Rose of Monroe, Michigan, who passed away on October 2, 2023 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth L. Rose to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Richter and Helen Richter (Dutt); and her son Thomas Brown. She is survived by: her husband Jackie Rose; her children, Terri Morrison of Monroe, MI, Ronald Brown of Ypsilanti, MI and Rebecca Gotz (Gordon) of Carleton, MI; and her siblings, Jack Richter (Grace) of LaSalle, MI, William Richter of LaSalle, MI and Sharon Dwornik of LaSalle, MI. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Monroe VFW Post 1138 Auxiliary.
