She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Black and Bertha Black (Robinson); her husband Mark Milam; and her children, Mark Milam and Sandra Kusiak.
She is survived by: her son Gary Milam (Cindy) of Monroe. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
