He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Campbell and Elizabeth Campbell; his former wife Blondelle Bolding; and his siblings, Finlay Campbell and Rita Campbell Sandretto.
He is survived by: his wife Alice; his son Kevin Campbell (Alice) of Northfield, IL; his grandchildren, C. Robert Campbell (Courtney Erland) of Reston, VA, Sameul G. Campbell of Atlanta, GA and Margaret C. Williams (Tyler Williams) of Indianapolis, IN; and his great grandchild Jackson J. Williams of Indianapolis.
