He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kerkenbush and Adeline Kerkenbush (Meoska); his siblings, Alfred, Ginnie, Eileen, Elizabeth and Jerry; his grandchildren, Kinsey Hensley and Kenneth Moffitt; and his great grandchild Mazin Savage.
He is survived by: his wife Frankie; his children, Michael Brasfield (Theresa) of Bend, OR, James Hensley of Monroe, Pamela Moffitt of Monroe and Joseph A. Weiss (Lisa) of Monroe; his grandchildren, Shane, Chelle, James, Kurstyn, Kayla, Joey and Riquel; and his sister Marie Capesius of Dubuque, Iowa.. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
