He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Kroeger Sr. and Sandra Sundberg; and his wife Beth Jarvis. He is survived by: his children, Amber Kohler, Ashleigh Kohler, Tabetha Blair, Robert "Bobby" Kroeger and Eddie Blair (Sarah); his brothers, Richard, Joe, Bill, Larry, Paul and Thomas Kroeger; his grandchildren, Brooke'Lynn, Jai'Lynn, Collin, Colton, Justin, Kiera, Kaden, Shawn, Leah, Lily and Levi; and also Justin Cochran. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
